Kevin Baier, drummer for The Hangdogs, sprang fully grown from the thigh of Zeus in Wading River, Long Island. He met Hangdogs frontman Matthew Grimm at Syracuse University, where, initially, the latter was a starry-eyed Republican dipshit who nevertheless became entranced with Kevin's exhaustive collection of Springsteen bootlegs. Baier also went on to tell Cuse's Top 40 student radio station manager to go fuck himself and helped found an actual college radio station, WAER. After hobnobbing around Prague like an MTV Real World reject, Baier returned to New York, where he reacquainted with Grimm and became a founding member of The Hangdogs and a graphic designer at POPSmear magazine, where he got his hands on a lot of free pornography. Now freelance, Kevin enjoys tequila, Brak, the works of Neil Gaiman, the art of Andrew Wyeth and Tony Millionaire, Radiohead and all records by morose, angst-ridden lesbian chicks. Kevin lives in Chelsea, where he knows every line from Heathers. He thinks Gwyneth Paltrow is hot.
